20230114 시간표 new semester

새학기 시간표를 짜기 위해 단대들의 강의 리스트를 보는데 여전히 설렌다. 특히 사과대 강의 리스트를 보는 것이 그렇다. 사회적 불평등의 원인과 결과, 같은 제목은 진짜 저항없이 파닥댈 수밖에 없다. 그렇지만 이번학기 내 필수과목과 시간표가 겹쳐서 들을 수 없는 게 비극이다. 제목은 심심하지만 강의 커리큘럼을 들여다보면 재미있어 보이는 과목들도 많다. 그런데 이상하게 사과대 과목들은 예컨대 1-2월 몰빵 (주 3-4일 수업), 3-4월 몰빵, 4-5월 몰빵 이런 식으로 진행되어서, 한 학기 동안 주 1-2회로 꾸준히 진행되는 정보학과 과목들과 충돌이 꼭 생겼다. 성적 압박을 생각하면 시험까지는 못 치겠지만 청강이라도 하고 싶은 과목들이 있어서 수업 등록을 요청하는 메일을 써보려고 한다. 이전 학교에서는 내 과 수업들을 제대로 따라갈 수 있을지 몰라서 다른 단대 과목은 눈을 돌려보지도 못했는데, 그렇다고 지금은 내 과 수업을 따라갈 자신이 있는 것은 아니지마는 그냥 노르웨이에 있는 동안 다른 단대 과목들은 어떤지 들어보고 싶다. 특히 노르웨이에서 듣는 복지국가 강의, 이런 건 내용이 어떨지 정말 궁금하다.
진짜 먹고 사는 것만 어떻게 해결되면 평생 이렇게 수업듣고 (대신 평가받는 건 빼고ㅠ) 공부하고 살았으면 좋겠다.

I am still excited to look at the list of courses from the school to plan the timetable for the new semester. This is especially true when looking at the list from the social science department. The title like 'causes and consequences of social inequalities' is irresistibly attractive to me. However, it is a tragedy that I cannot take the course due to overlapping timetables with my obligatory course this semester. There are also some courses whose titles are plain, but when examining the curriculum, they look interesting. Strangely, however, the courses from the social science departments are held like Jan-Feb intensive (3-4 days a week), Mar-Apr intensive, or Apr-May intensive, so there are always conflicts with informatics courses that are held 1-2 days a week through the semester. Because of the burden of grades, I probably will not take the exam, but there are some courses I want to audit at least, so I'll write a mail to request registration for the courses. At my previous school, I didn't dare to look at the courses from other departments because I wasn't sure if I could keep up with the courses from my department. Well, it doesn't mean that now I'm confident to keep up with the courses from my department, but I just want to take other departments' courses while I'm in Norway. For example, the course 'the welfare state' in Norway, I'm really curious about what the contents will be like.
If I can be free from bread and butter somehow, I would like to take courses and study like this for the rest of my life (except for being evaluated instead).
